Lay out a road or passage for your petitioner it being a road to a publick Landing without which he Cannot
have the Benefitt of Providing for himselfe and family and as in duty bound shall pray &a

          The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered by the court here that the said Thomas Evans have the Liberty of
a passage (thro' the Lands of the said Ralph Milburn) from one of his tracts of Land to the other for
himselfe and Creatures as by the petition afd ^is praid^  And it is ordered by the Court here that Robert Jenckins
Henry of Somerset County Gent Lay out ^a way or^ passage for the said Thomas Evans (a Cross the Lands of
the said Ralph Milbourn) from one of his tracts of Land to the other for himselfe and Creatures to pass
and repass and that the same be Laid Out the Best way and the Least of prejudice to any person or
persons as may be Concerned and that he the said Robert Jenckins Henry make report thereof to next
Court &a


Ordered by the Court that William Polson appointed Overseer of the Road in Nanticoke
Hundred in stead of Edw.d Kellum from and that he keep the marsh from the river side to the woods
in good repaid &a

    Thomas William Overseer of the road in wickacomoco hundred from the Lower Ferry over
wickacomoco river to a beach by Samuel Fluellins &a

Day SCott Overseer of the Roads in Wickacomoco hundred from the Lower Ferry over
wickacomoco River to the old Church in Stepney and from ye said ferry to Colloways Tree and
from ye said Church to a red oak about halfe way between the said Church and the head of Tippquin

dec.d an orphan is by the Court here bound out an apprentice according
to act of assembly in such Case made and provided unto Aaron Tillman
of Said County untill she arrives at the age of Sixteen Years she being fourteen Years of
age the tenth day of January Next the said Rebecca Tillman to serve her said Master the full
term afd during which term the said Rebecca her said Master well and faithfully shall serve his
secretts keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly she shall do and in all
things as a good and faithfull apprentice shall demean her selfe towards her said Master and
and all his during the term afd         In consideration of Which Service the said Aaron
Tillman present herein Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the same
Court in Court Judicially sitting in manner and form following vizt  that he the said Aaron
