John Gillett Negro Girle Called Levinah is adjudged by the Court to the age of tenn years &a

John WIlliams annamessex negro Boy Called Pompey is adjudged by the Court to ten years
of age &a

Thomas Bannister negro boy Called Cæsar is adjudged by the Court to Twelve Years of
age this term &a

    Upon the Mocon of Thomas White of Marumsco he is discharged from pay of Levies
for a Certain Samuel Wilson his son in Law untill such time as please God to restore the
said Samuel Wilson to his understanding &a

    Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the sheriffe of Somerset County Return
a sufficient Number of good and Lawfull men of his County or Bailywick to make up a Grand
Jury to serve Immediately at this Court to Enquire for the County afd  Thereupon the Sher
of Somerset County to witt Joseph McClester Gent made return of a pannell of Grand Jurors as
followeth viz.t  William Jones James West Joshua Caldwell John Dennis John Johnson
Isaac Williams Thomas Pointer Thomas Brown Richard Knight Solomon Long John Davis
Thomas Midsley William Mills Robert Hardy Geo Benston Samuel Handy Hutton Hill
and William Turpin  Whereupon the and also Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being soverally
Called over did appear as above and were sworn and Charged and sent out to Consider &a
soon after the Grand Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as afd return hereinto
Court and being Severally Called Over did appear and return to the Court here the following presentment
against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and thereupon the Grand Jurors afd are discharged
and against the afd Cornelius and Charles Dickerson so as afd  Presented it is ordered
that Capias Issue returnable to next Court &a

    To the worshipfull His Lordships Justices of Somerset County Court
the Humble petition of Thomas Evans sheweth that your petitioner is
possessed of two tracts or Parcells Land upon Pocomoke River and that a Certain
Ralph Millbourn is possessed of a tract of Land Lying between the said two tracts belonging
to your petitioner and refuses to Lett your petitioner to have any Road or passage
Sufficient through his Land to pass and repass for himselfe and Creatures  Your petitioner
therefore prays your worships will be pleased to order some persons in the Neighbourhood to
