      petn
To the Worshipfull Justices now sitting the petition of John Bevanes humbly
sheweth that your petitioner hath a tract of Land Called Gordins Lott the
bounds whereof being decayed your petitioner prays your worships to appoint
Commissioners to Examine evidences concerning the same and your petitioner as in duty bound
shall pray
                               The petition aforesaid being read and heard  Wherefore it is Considered
by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd ^John Beavins^ as by the petition afd is praid
and that Aaron Lynn Parish Chipman W.m Draper and William Gray of Nant and
all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according
to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a 


Sarah Hull & Beachamp
Davis       petn
To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court sitting the
petition of Sarah Hull and Beachamp Davis humbly sheweth
Whereas your petitioners are possest of part of a tract of Land lying in the County afd
on Murramaco branch originally Called led burne which tract has since been Resurveyed
by Edward Beachamp and a devission made by markt trees between Edward Hull late of this
County deceast and the afd Edward Beachamp in the presents of wittnesses now living and
now soe it is may it please your worships that your petitioner^s^ are apprehensive that the afd
Edward Beachamp has ^an^ Intention of incroaching upon your petitioners he having already
forewarned ^from^ no part of the premises as we conceive belonging to us

Wee therefore pray that Comissioners may be appointed psuant to an act of assembly of this
province to Examine Evidences Relateing to the bounds of that pcell of Ledburn that we
possess or any other on which the same may depend and your petitioners as in duty bound
shall pray &c       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore
it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Sarah Beachamp
Hull and Beachamp Davis as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Robert King
David Wilson Samuel Wilson and John Henry all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made &
provided &c


Thomas Shiles
     petn
To the Worship the Justices of Somerset County now sitting the humble petition
of Thomas Shiles humbly sheweth that your petitioner having a right to
a tract of Land called mun mouth on the north side of Quanticco River in the
County of Somerset afd the bounds of which are decayed he therefore prays your worships to appoint
Comm.s to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of the same and your petitioner as in duty ^bound^ shall
