264 Whereupon the said Solomon Heatch with Ralph Low and Mathew Parramore all his Securitys all of the County afd Planters all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Solomon Price in the Sum of One hundred pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said Solomon Price his heirs and assignes If it happen that the said Solomon Heatch do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto the Said Solomon Heatch Price the Land afd peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally Required &c
of October Last the said Joseph Price to Serve his said Master the full Term afd during which term the said Joseph Price his said Master well and faithfully shall serve his secretts keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull apprentice shall demean himselfe towards his said Master and all his during the term afd Inconsideration of Which service the said William English present herein Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in manner and form following Viz.t that he the said William English during the term afd shall and Will Learn his said Apprentice the trades of a brick Maker and Brick Layer and give him Six months Schooling and at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for Such an apprentice to have and weare during the term afd thereupon the said William English is ordered to give Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd &c Whereupon the said William English with John Handy of Somerset County Gent his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Joseph Price in the Sum of Twenty pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Severally to be made and Levied if it to the Use of the said Joseph Price his heirs and assignes if it happen that the said W.m English do nor during the term afd Learn his said apprentice during the term afd the trades of a brick maker and Layer and give him six month schooling and at the Expiration of his servitude ^do not^ given him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths & Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for him to have & wear during the term afd &c |
