said Elgate Heatch Guardian of the said Alexander to deliver unto Your petition as Guardian of the afd Solomon Price the plantation of the said Alexander Price which is now in possession of the afd Elgate and the said Elgate being Very Neglectfull of the said plantation so that it goes very much to distruction which will be very prejudiciall to the orphan Solomon Price and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and for as much as it doth appear that the afd Solomon Hit Price was heir at Law to the afd Alexd Price dec.d and had a right to the afd Lands Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Elgate Hitch guardian of the afd Alex.d Price dec.d deliver up unto the Solomon Heatch Guardian to the afd Solomon Price the afd Lands petitioned for Peaceably and Quietly and that the afd Solomon Heatch give good security to Comply with the Guardianship afd &c Whereupon |
