Viz.t the af.d John Britt in forty pounds Sterling and the aforesaid Thomas Lambden
and Charles Ramsey in twenty pounds Sterling Each good and lawfull money of
England of their Severall Goods and Chattles Lands and tenements of every of them to
the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied

       If it happen that the aforesaid John Britt do not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of the next assize nisi prius oyer and terminer and Goal delivery
to be held for the County af.d at dividing Creek the first Tuesday of September next
and do not answer unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary of and Concerning
his being suspected of feloniously sterling of a Negro Boy belonging to a Certain John
Pitts and do not stand and abide the Judgement of the Court thereon and do not
depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he is not of the
good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good People &a

      John Pitts appears according to his recognizance before entered into for his appearance

at this Court to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
against a Certain Sarah Lambden and prays that his appearance may be recorded

and he and his security discharged    thereupon the said John Pitts appearance is
    Recorded and he and his security accordingly discharged &a

                Whereupon the said John Pitts and a Certain John Pitts Jun.r and John Gouty all of
    Somerset County planters ^are Ordered to^ give Security for their appearance before the Justices of ^the next^ assize nisi
    prius Oyer and terminer and Goal delivery to be held for Somerset County at dividing
    Creek the first Tuesday of September next to give Evidence on behalfe of his said Lordship agt
    Thomas Lambden Sarah Lambden and John Britt &a

          Thereupon the said John Pitts with Edward Beachamp and William Adams his Securitys
    of Somerset County planters all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves
    Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary in manner and form Following
    viz.t   the aforesaid John Pitts in forty pounds Sterling and the afd Edward Beachamp and W.m
    Adams in twenty pounds Sterling Each good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall goods &
    Chattells Lands and tenements of every of them to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
    to be made and Levied   If it happen that the said John Pitts do not make his personall appearance
    before the Justices of the next assize nisi prius Oyer and terminer and Goal delivery to be
    held at dividing Creek in the Same County the first tuesday of September next and do not
    then and there give Such Evidence as he should know against Thomas Lambden, Sarah Lambden
