25 for Somerset County at dividing Creek in the Same County the first Tuesday of September next to answer the Indictment afd &a and then the Indictment afd with all things thereunto relating be transmitted to the Justices of the Same assize for their determination thereon &a Whereupon the said Thomas Lambden with Robert Melvin and James Breman ^his securities^ all of Somerset County planters present herein Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord propry in manner and form Following viz.t the afd Thomas Lambden in forty pounds Sterling and the aforesaid Robert Melvin and James Breman in twenty pounds Sterling Each good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands & tenements of every of them to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it Happen that the afd Thomas Lambden do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the next assize nisi prius oyer and terminer and Goal delivery ^to be held^ for the County afd at dividing Creek the first tuesday of September next and do not answer unto his ^said^ Lordship the Lord proprietary of and Concerning his being Suspected of ^feloniously^ Stealing a negro Boy belonging to a Certain John Pitts and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave thereof and in the Mean time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all other his good people &a Likewise the aforesaid Thomas Lambden with James Breman and Robert Melvin all of Somerset County planters present herein Court in their proper persons undertook for the Said Sarah Lambden and Each and every of them undertook and acknowledged themselves indebted to his Lordship the right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry in manner and form following Viz.t the af.d Thomas Lambden in forty pounds Sterling and the af.d James Lawfull money of England of their Severall goods and Chattles Lands & tenements of every of them to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors to be made and levied If it happen that the af.d Sarah Lambden wife of the af.d Thomas Lambden do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of the next assize nisi prius oyer and terminer and Goal delivery to be held for the County af.d at dividing Creek the first tuesday of September next and do not Answer unto his said L.dship the Lord proprietary of and Concerning her being Suspected of feloniously sterling a negro Boy belonging to a Certain John Pitts and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the same Court without leave and in the mean time if she if not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good people &a Likewise the said John Britt with Thomas Lambden and Charles Ramsey his Securitys all of Somerset County planters present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry in manner and form Following (Viz.t |
