northermost of the said branches and the said Nicholson ^then^ told the deponant that the said Stump
was the first bounder of a tract of Land Containing two hundred acres belonging to one Ridgely the
said deponant further deposeth that the said ^Richard^ Nicholson at the same time told him that he had fixt
the bounder of Some Land belonging to himselfe on the north side of the said Last mentioned
branch to avoid Interfeering with the Lines of the said Land of Ridgely the said deponant further
deposes that he knew the said Nicholson to reside and dwell near the said Place for above
thirty Years before his death   Sworn to the 14.th August ^1736^ before us          Alexr Adams

             Thomas Bartlett of Somerset County aged about fifty four Years being Sworn
as aforesaid deposeth and saith that he hath Severall times been Informed by Richard Nicholson
mentioned in ^in^ the deposition of the Rever.d Mr Alexd Adams above and accepted and by the
deponants father now dec.d and by old William Caines now also dec.d that the first bounder of a tract
of Land containing two hundred acres belonging to one Ridgely stood on the point mentioned
and discribed in the deposition of the said Adams and that by the discription given the deponant
by the said Severall persons of the said Bounder he verily believes that the stump mentioned
in the said Reverend Mr Adams deposition is the stump of ^the^ said Tree
Sworn to the 14.th August 1736 before us                                                his

  Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he
should take Daniel Ringrose Late of Somerset County Marriner if he
                            should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that you
have his body before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of August the^n^ next to answer unto Levin Dashiell of a plea of trespass
upon the Case &a and that thereof he should not fail &a

    Att which said third tuesday of August to witt ^the^ Seventeenth day of the Same month ann
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six Came the said Levin Dashiell in his proper
person and the Sheriffs of Somerset County to witt Joseph MccClester Gent Likewise Came and made
Return that by Vertue of the Writt afd to him directed he had taken the body of the afd Daniel
Ringrose whose body before his Lordships Justices at the time and place afd in the writt afd
