any three or two of you at some time and place as to you or any three or two of you shall
seem Convenient you meet on the afd Land (you first haven taken your oaths on the holy
Evangelist of almighty god according to act of assembly in such case mad^e^ and provided and
there cause to come before you or any three or two of you all such evidences as shall be to you
or any three or two of you nominated by the said complainent or deft if any and that you or
any three or two of Examine them upon their Corporall oaths to be by you or any three or
two of you administred on the holy evangelist of almighty God in the presents of the complainent
or deft if any touching the truth or Remembrance of there knowledge or anything
that may relate to the cause afd and that reducing the severall depositions into writing
you send the same together with ^this^ our Commissioners under you or any three or two of your
hands and seals to us to our County Court of Somerset with all Convenient speed  Wittness
John Smith Gent one of our Justices of our said Court the twe^n^tyeth day of March in the
twenty first year of our Dominion &c Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
thirty five                                 on the backsid of the foregoing Commission it was Written
as Followeth vizt  Be it remembred that on the Sixth day of August 1736 personally
appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Jugt of the peace for the County of
Somerset Thomas Wallace and Peter Collier and were Sworn according to an act of assembly
in that Case made and provided to Examine Such Evidences as to them did appear upon their
Corporall Oaths of their remembrance relating to the bounds of a tract of Land Called Genezer
wittness my the day and year above written            Cha.s Rackliffe

Now hereat this day to witt the Seventeenth day of August anno Dom One thousand Seven
and thirty six Came hereinto Court Thomas Wallace and Peter Collier two of the Gents mentioned
in the above mention Commission and made the return thereof to the Court here with the following
depositions thereto annexed viz.t  By Virtue of a Commission from the Worshipfull
Justices of Somerset directed to us the Subscribers hereunto annexed wee the said Subscribers
after given notice according to the directions of an act of assembly in that Case made and provided
did meet ^up^ on the afd Land Called Genezer and then and there did Cause to Come before us
the following deponants and they the said deponants being Sworn do say as followeth

       Richard Holland aged 53 Years or thereabouts deposeth upon Oath that about Twenty
Years past ^he^ the said Holland Came to the house of Edmond Crappers and the said Crapper proposed
to the afd Holland that they would goe and seeke for the first bounder of the said Genezer
