all bail to the action afd but for want thereof the Said Finch Jones is Committed into the Custody of
the said sheriffe there to remaine &.a the said Sheriffe present herein Court took Charge of the said
Finch Jones accordingly &.a  thereupon the said Finch Jones in Custody as afd prays Leave to
Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Whittington here
also &.a  Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of June anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six Came againe as well the afd Whittington King by his attorney
afd as the afd Finch Jones in his proper person in Custody as afd and Whereupon the
said Finch Jones prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it
and the Same day is given to the afd Whittington here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of August anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six Came againe as well the afd Whittington King ^by his attry afd^ as the afd
Finch Jones in Custody as afd in his proper person and because the afd Whittington King
did not declare in the plea afd against the afd Finch Jones according to a Certain rule of Court
nor did not prosecute his writt afd against the said Finch Jones

       Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Whittington King Executor of the
       same John ^King^ take nothing but his writt afd but that he and his pledges of Prosecuting are in
       mercy and that the plft name pledges &.a  and that the afd Finch Jones goe thereof without
day &a

Judgm.t to the reverend M.r Thomas Fletcher for the Sum of two pounds
nine Shillings which sum was recovered by the said M.r Fletcher against Abraham
Mannering on the Twelfth day of December Last before me the Subscriber
the said Two pounds nine Shillings to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
for the use of the said Mr Thomas Fletcher in Case the said Abraham Mannering shall not pay
and Satisfie unto the said Thomas Fletcher the said two pounds Nine shillings so as afd recovered
against him with the addition Costs thereon on the tenth day of February Next taken this 12th day
