for the use of the said Joshua Caldwell in Case Wm Davis shall not pay and Satisfie to the said Joshua Caldwell the said
four hundred and thirty three pounds of tob.o so as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the
tenth day of February Next         July 31st 1736  taken before         Geo Dashiell  Thomas Gillis

 You Richard Goslee William Davis and Thomas Goslee do Confess Judgment unto Joshua
Caldwell for the sum of One hundred and nine pounds of tobacco which Sum was recovered by
the said Joshua Caldwell against the said Richard Goslee before a single Justice of the peace for
Somerset County on the sixteenth day of July Instant to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
for the Use of the said Joshua Caldwell in Case the said Richard Goslee shall not pay and Satisfie unto the said Joshua
Caldwell the said One hundred & ninty pounds of tobacco so as afd Recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon
on the tenth day of February next            July 31st 1736  taken before George Dashiell  Thomas Gillis

do Confess Judgment to John Purnall for the sum of three thousand four hundred and
forty ^one^ pounds of tobacco which sum was Recovered by the said John Purnall against
Heber Whittingham on the Seventeenth day of June in somerset County Court the said three thousand four hundred
and forty one pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use
of the said John Purnall in Case the said Heber Whittingham shall not pay and Satisfie to the said John
Purnall the said three thousand four hundred and forty one pounds of tobacco so as afd recovered against
him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of February Next Certified this 16.th day of July 1736

 Somerset County  ss  Know all men by these presents that We Samuel Bratton &
In Maryland          Hannah Bratton John Deal and William Nilson all of Somerset County
in the province of maryland are holden and firmly bound unto Joshua Bratton Mary
Bratton and Rhoda Bratton in the full & Just Sum of One hundred & thirteen pounds
tenn shillings and Eight pence Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Joshua Bratton Mary Bratton and
Rhody Bratton their heirs Executors administrators or assignes to the which payment well & truely to be made & done we
bind our selves our and either of our heirs Executors & adm.rs for the whole & in the whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these
presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 18.th day of august anno 1736

    The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath Transmitted unto this Court the
ballance of the Estate of Quanton Bratton dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said orphans
the sum of fifty six pounds fifteen shillings & four pence Currant money as afd  If therefore the abovesaid Samuel
Bratton Hanna Bratton John Deal and William Nilson or any or Either of them or any or Either of their
heirs Executors or administrators do and Shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the
afd orphans the afd Sum of fifty Six pounds fifteen Shillings and four pence according to the
