thereof to have administration                                                Pledges &a  Jno Doe
                                                                                                                R Roe

Att which said third Tuesday of august to witt the seventeenth day of the same month anno
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six being the day of the return of the Same Writt
Came the said Listian Alexander by his attorney afd and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to witt
Joseph MccClester Gent ^Likewise Cometh &^ returned that by vertue of the Writt afd to him directed he had taken the body
of the afd Renshar Roberts whose body before his Lordships Justices at the same day and place in the
writt afd mentioned he had there ready &a

And the afd Listian Alexander who ofered his writt & declaration afd in the afd Plea of Debt of Eight
