Somerset County sst    Whereas it is made appear by sundry persons and

perticular by Rob.t King that Thomas Gray Marriner of Somerset
parish in the County afd is Absconded from the place of his former Ressidence
and his return Doubtfull (if ever) for many Reasons               These are therefore to Require you
on sight hereof to Issue attachment against the goods and Chattells of the said Thomas Gray to the
Vallue of five hundred and one pounds of Tobba with Costs Agreeable to Act of Assembly in such
case provided and for do doing this shall be your Warrt Dated at dividing Creek this 24th day of Novem
anno Dom    1735                                                                                          David Wilson
To Mr Thomas Hayward Cl of Som.t County This
                                                                                  Pursuant to an act of assembly of this province now
in force and in Obediance to the above said Warr.t was Issued the attachmt following against the goods &
Chattells Rights and Creditts of Thomas Gray vizt         Somerset ss  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To the sheriffe of Somerset
County Greeting wee Command you that you Attach any of the goods Chattles rights or Creditts of
Thomas Gray late of Somerset County Merch.t if they shall be found in your Bailywick to the
