dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against John Mitchell &a Thereupon a Certain Thomas Caldwell of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the Said Elizabeth Daugh do not make her personal appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as she knoweth against the afd John Mitchell for and Concerning his being Suspected of Feloniously Stealing one hogg the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do not depart the Same Court without Leave &a Pursuant to an act of assembly of this province of Maryland Entituled an act of the regulating of ordinarys &a the Justices of the County Court of Somerset did assess the Rates and prices of Lyquors and Other accomodations as followeth vizt
