 Thomas Caldwell and William Jones appears herein Court in there proper persons according to a Certain
Recognizance by them before acknowledged for to give Evidence against John Mitchell
&.a  thereupon the said Thomas Caldwell and William Jones are discharged from the recognizance
afd and are ordered to give New recognizance for their appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of Novem next to give
Evidence &.c
                            Whereupon the said Thomas Caldwell and William Jones both present herein Court in their ^proper^
persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of Five pds
Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors to be made and Levied  If it happen that the said Thomas Caldwell and William Jones
do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be
held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next and doe not then and there
give Such Evidence as he knoweth against a Certain John Mitchell of and Concerning his ^being Suspected of^ feloniously stealing
One hogg the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do depart the Same Court without leave &a

 Mathew Parramore appears herein Court according to a Certain Recognizance
by him and his Security before acknowledged and he and his security accordingly discharged
&a    Thereupon the said Mathew Parramore present herein Court as afd is ordered
to give Recognizance for his appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at
dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November Next to prosecute^&^ prefer a bill of Indictmt
against John Mitchell and give such Evidence against John Mitchell as he knoweth &a

       Whereupon the said Mathew Parramore present herein Court in his proper person as afd

Sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs
