234 and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &a
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of Novem next to give Evidence &.c Whereupon the said Thomas Caldwell and William Jones both present herein Court in their ^proper^ persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of Five pds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Thomas Caldwell and William Jones do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next and doe not then and there give Such Evidence as he knoweth against a Certain John Mitchell of and Concerning his ^being Suspected of^ feloniously stealing One hogg the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do depart the Same Court without leave &a
dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November Next to prosecute^&^ prefer a bill of Indictmt against John Mitchell and give such Evidence against John Mitchell as he knoweth &a Whereupon the said Mathew Parramore present herein Court in his proper person as afd acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds Sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Mathew Parramore do and shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next and do not then and there give Prosecute and Profer a bill of Indictm.t against the said John Mitchell and do not then and there give such Evidence as he knoweth of and Concerning the same John's being suspectd of feloniously stealling a hogg from the same Mathew & do depart the Court without Leave &a |
