Lordship behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon & do depart the Same Court
without Leave and in the Mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his
good people &a

Thomas Argis
    Thomas Argis appears according to his recognizance Entered into and is discharged
therefrom &.a  Whereupon the said Thomas Argis is ordered to give new
Security for his appearance at November Court next to give Evidence on behalfe
of his Lordship against a Certain Nehemiah Holland &a

       Thereupon the said Thomas Argis with Leonard Johnson his security both present herein Court
in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each of the goods and Chattells Lands and tenements of Each of
them to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that
the Said Thomas Argis do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November next and do not
then & there give Such Evidence as he shall know on behalfe of his said Lordship against Nehemiah
Holland in relation to a Certain Trespass and assault &a and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a

John Mitchell
John Mitchell appears herein Court according to a Certain Recognizance by him
and his Security before acknowledged and he and his Security accordingly discharged
Thereupon the said John Mitchell is ordered to give Security for his appearance
and good behaviour at Novem Court &a
                                                                Whereupon the said John Mitchell with Thomas
Caldwell Late of Somerset County planter his Security both present herein Court in their proper
persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the
Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements severally
to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs and successors
If it happen that the said John Mitchell do and shall not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the
same County the third Tuesday of November Next and do not answer unto his said Lordship
of and Concerning his being Suspected for the feloniously stealing one hogg of the goods and
Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do not stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon
