234 Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Thomas Fletcher do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of November then next and do not then & there prosecute and Preferr ag a bill of Indictment against the afd Rebecca Obryan for the Feloniously Stealing of Seven Yards of white Linnen of and from him the Same Thomas Fletcher and if he ^do^ depart the Same Court without Leave &a
sitting at dividing Creek in the Same County Came the said Sarah Staples in her proper person and thereupon the said Sarah Staples is Ordered to give Security for her appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of Novem next to answer on Suspicion of fornication &a Whereupon the said Sarah Staples with James Staples her security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the sum of five pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements of Each of them to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if it Happen that the said Sarah Staples do and shall not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning her Committing of fornication and do not stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a
