233 Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs & successors to be made and Levied If it Happen that the Said John Redding do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November next And do not answer unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary of and Concerning Such matters and things as shall be then and there Objected against ^him^ on his Lordships behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people and more Especially towards the afd John Starling &a Thomas Blizard appears according to his recognizance Entered into Last Court for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court and he and his Securitys are accordingly discharged &a Peter Taylor appears according to a Certain Recognizance and he and his Securitys are accordingly discharged
and appearance at November Court Next to answer on Suspicion of felony &a Whereupon the said Rebecca Obryan with John Dennis Sen.r her Security both present herein Court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Severally to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Rebecca Obryan do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November next to answer unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of and Concerning her being Suspected of feloniously stealing seven yards of white Linn of and from the Reverend Thomas Fletcher and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the meane time if she be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good people &a
Thereupon the said Thomas Fletcher present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary i the Sum of Fifty pounds sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors |
