230 Likewise the same Thomas Walker with Robert Givans and A^a^ron Lyinn his securitys as afd all present herein Court in their proper persons ^&^ Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of forty pounds Currt money of Maryland of their goods and Chattelles Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Thomas Walker do not keep good rules and orders and do suffer Idle Loose or disorderly persons to tipple game or Committ other disorders or Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Eentertainments during the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the act of Assembly in such case made and provided &c
and Strangers as to them respectively shall seem meet which is by the Court here granted him he giving Security according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a Whereupon the said Maccemey Porter with William Lane and James Townsend both of Somerset County Gent his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Mackemmey Porter do (and shall) not pay unto his said Lordship the Sum of fifty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland for every Year he shall keep such ordinary or house of Entertainment &a Likewise the said Mackemmey Porter with William Lane and James Townsend his securitys as afd all present herein Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of Forty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their goods & Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it Happen that the said Mackemmey Porter do not keep good rules and orders and do not Suffer Idle Loos or disorderly persons to Tipple game or Committ other disorders or Irregularities in his ordinary or House of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the Same Contrary to the true Intent & meaning of the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
