                                      The Jurors for the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that
that now is for the Body of Somerset County afd upon their oath present
that Johnson Hill late of all Hallows Parish in the County afd planter
the fifteenth Day of april in year of our Lord God sevent^e^en hundred thirty and five at the parish afd
in the Parish afd within the County afd within ^the^ Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain
Philip Selby in the Peace of God and of the same Lord proprietary then and there being
with Force and Arms an Assault did make and the said Philip then and there and
did beat wound and evilly treat so that of his Life it was greatly despaired and other
Harms to ^him^ then and there did to the great Damage of the same Philip and against the
peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his Good Rule and government &.c

          Wm Selby         On the backside of the foregoing Bill of Indict it was thus Endorsed Ignoramus
                            Joshua Caldwell foreman

    Whereupon the said Johnson Hill in his Own proper person Came here into Court and prays that his appearance
    may recorded to Save himselfe and Security from a Certain Recognizance of Bail by him and his Security
    before acknowledged &a    Thereupon the said Johnson Hills appearance is recorded and he and
    his Security accordingly discharged &a

 Somerset County ss.t     The Jurors for the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
that now is for the body of Somerset County aforesaid upon their Oath do present
that Signey Brown late of Somerset parish in the County afd planter the twenty
        Second day of March in the year of our Lord God seventeen hu^n^dred thirty and
    four at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this
    Court in and upon a certain Capel King in the Peace of God and of the same
    Lord proprietary then and there being with Force and arms an assault did
    make and the said Capel then and there did beat wound and evilly treat
    so that of his Life it was greatly despaired and other Harms to him then
    and there did to the great Damage of the same Capel and against the Peace
    of the said Lord proprietary that now is his Good Rule and Government
    &.cra
