     To the worshipfull Court now sitting the petition of William
Aydelott Humbly Sheweth that your worships will be pleased to Lett
    his son William be Clear from Taxes he being a Criple in One of his Leggs and in One of his
    Arms and has been so above three Years and is Adicted to prodigious ugly fitts which
    has numed his sences at Severall times he is not Capable to Labour so as to gett his own
    Living as your humble petitioner shall ever pray      William Aydelott

          The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
    by the Court here that the afd William Aydelott be discharged from paying of Taxes for his
    Son William untill please God to restore him to the Use of his Limbs againe &a

Petition of Alexander Adams Clk humbly sheweth that your Petitioner
having purchased a part of a tract of land called tonys vineyard lying on
on wicocomo creek is advised to have the decayd bounders thereof settled and therefore addresses
your worships to appoint commissioners to examine evidences concerning the same and your
Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issued to the afd Alexd
Adams as by the petition afd is prayd and that Levin Gale Geo Dashiell John Handy &
Thomas Gillis All of Somerset County Esqrs be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

Heber Whittingham of Somerset County Gent came hereinto Court in his proper
person and prays that he may have the Liberty to keep an ordinary or house of
Entertainment at Princes Ann Town at the head of Manocan in the County afd for the Ease and
Conveniency of the Inhabitants travellers and Stranges as to them respectively shall seem meet which
is by the Court here granted him he giveing Security according to act of assembly in such Case made
and provided &.a  Whereupon the said Heber Whittingham with Alexander Adams and Richd
Knight both of Somerset County his securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons
acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of Maryland in the
