                                     Att a Court of the Right Honourable Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of
the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &a held at dividing Creek in somerset Coty
the third Tuesday of august to witt the seventeenth day of the same month and in the Twenty second Year of
his said Lordships dominion &.a Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six by his said Lordships
Justices the peace in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the petition of Abraham Mason
Humbly Sheweth that you petitioner having Lived near fifty years in the County and
                has been at all times ready to Support the Common Welfare of the same as far as his ability would
admitt of till now within this four years your petitioner having Lain under Continuall afflictions and noe
amercement is reduest he and his Living to a most sad deplorable state and Condition having noebody
to help him by a Sickly wife and one small Child Wherefore your Petitioner humbly prayeth that your worship
will Exempt him from his Levies or other ways must of Consequence Brake up house keeping and Submit
wholy to your worships for a maintainance so your Petitioner as in duty Bound shall every pray

          The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered by
the Court here that the aforesaid Abraham Mason be discharged for the future from paying of Levies &
as by the petition afd is praid and allowed One pound of tobacco p year &a


Whereas a Certain Robert Malcome being antient and Infirm is by the Court here discharged from
paying of Levies for the future and allowed One pounds of tobo p year &a

Sarah Wilson negro Girle Jenney is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of Twelve Years &.a

Upon the petition of sundry of the Inhabitants against Francis Lord In relation to a road he had turned by
order of Court &.c  It is hereby ordered that the said Francis Lord make the New road he had an order for in the
Year 1725 good and passable at his own proper Costs and Charge &a

Mary Tate negro Boy named Mercury is adjudged by the Court here to Eight Years of age this term &a

Jacob Cullen negro boy Named Joe is by the Court here adjudged to Eleven Years of age this term
