226 afd is not Sufficient in Law to hinder Judgment to be given on the verdict afd on behalfe of the afd Thomas Lambden Therefore it is Considered that the afd Thomas Lambden recover against the afd Thomas Billings and Thomas Gardner Executors as afd of the afd William Smith his damages afd by the Jurors ^afd^ in form afd assessed as also One thousand Six hundred and forty Six pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges to the same Thomas Lambden by the Court here of Increas adjudged which Certain damages in the whole do amount to Eighty One pounds Five Shillings and Two pence halfe penny Curr.t money of Maryland and One thousand Six hundred and forty Seven pounds of tob.o to be Levied of the goods and Chattells which were of the afd William Smith in the hands of the afd Thomas Billings and Thomas Gardner to be administred if so much in their hands they have and if so much in their hands they have not that then the afd Sixteen hundred & Forty Six pounds of tobacco Costs and Charges afd to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Thomas Billings and Thos Gardner and the afd defts in Mercy &a The adjourns untill the third Tuesday of August anno Dom 1736 |
