222 planter of Eight hundred and five pounds of tobacco Which to the Same William Beavins in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the Same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the afd Robert Geddes against the Same William Beavins in the Same Court Impetrated according to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plft which the^ir^ writts in Such manner of pleas do not prosecute or in the Same Should be precluded whereof hs is Convict &a Att which said third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Six being the day of the return of the Same writt Cometh the said Wm Beavins by George Douglas his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt Cepi Satisfied P Joseph MccClester sher Whereupon the said sher altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the said Robert Geddes according to the return of his writt afd but makes default &a
this Court in and upon a Certain Alexander Fullerton in the peace of God and of the said Lord Proprietary then and there being with force & armes an assault did make and him the said Alexander then and there did Beat wound and Evilly treat so that of his Life it was Much despaired and other harms to him then & there did to the great damage of the Same Alexander and against the peace of the Same Lord proprietary that now is his good rule & Government &a Test Alexander Fullerton Jun.r This Bill Sent up with the Leave of the Court Test Thos Hayward Cl On the Backside of the foregoing Bill it was thus Endorsed vizt Ignoramus Samll Wilson foreman
