222 part thereof and that he should keep the same so that he have it before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next to Satisfie the same John Singleton of his damages afd whereof he is Convict &a Att which said Third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six being the day of the Return of the said Writt Came the said John Singleton by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt I do hereby Certifie that I have made of the goods and Chattells of the within named John Britt to the Value of Sixteen pounds ten shillings & those have Ready to be delivered unto the Within Named John Singleton so answers Jos McClester sher A Schedule of the goods and Chattells of John Britt taken by virtue of a fire facias for the use of John Singleton we whose names are under written being Lawfully Sumoned and Sworn by the Sheriffe do value the goods of John Britt as followeth viz.t To one negro Man Called Squash of the Valley of £16..10..0d June the 14.th 1736 Charles Townsend, Angello Atkinson, Joseph Riggin, Saul Townsend
