21 Court in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him before acknowledged and prays that his appearance be recorded and he and his security discharged thereupon the said Robert Hills appearance is rendered and he and his security accordingly discharged &a Whereupon the said Robert Hill is ordered to give Security to pay the Severall Officers Fees due by occasion of the premisses upon the Indictmt and recognizance afd Thereupon Johnson Hill of Somerset County planter present here in Court acknowledged himselfe Indebted in five pounds sterling to be Levied &a If it happen that the said Johnson Hill do not pay the severall officers ^fees^ due upon the Indictment & recognizance afd &a
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a certain William Selby in the peace of God and of the same Lord proprietary then and there being with Force and Arms an assault did make and the said William then and there did beat wound and evilly treat so that of his Life it was greatly despaired and other Harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the Same William and against the peace of the Same Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government &a Test William Selby On the Backside of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed in these words following vizt Ignoramus Josa Caldwell foreman &a Whereupon the said Robert Hill in his own proper person Came here into Court according to a Certain Recognizance before acknowledged by him and his security and prays that his appearance may be recorded & he and his security accordingly discharged &a Whereupon the said Robert Hills appearance is recorded and he and his security discharged thereupon the said Robert Hill is ordered to give security for the payment of the severall officers fees due by occasion of the premisses upon the Indictment and recognizance afd Whereupon Johnson Hill of Somerset County planter present herein Court acknowledged himselfe indebted in five pounds Sterling to be Levied &a If it happen that the said Johnson Hill do not pay unto the Severall Officers their fees due as afd &a
