Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take Willm
Wye Late of Somerset County Clerk if he should be found in his Bailywick and him
safe keep so that he might have his Body Before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of
June next to satisfie Day Scott of four pounds four shillings and ten pence Currt money of Maryland
and Two hundred and Seventy five pounds of tobacco which to the Same Day in the Same
Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he
held by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same Day by the afd Wm made and
not performed whereof he is Convict &a      Att which said third Tuesday of June to witt the
the fifteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Six being
the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the said Day Scott in his proper person and the sher
of Somerset County to whom the foregoing Writt Was directed  Likewise Cometh & maketh return
thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words viz.t  Cepi Corpus satisfied p Jos MccClester she
Whereupon the said sheriff at the same day altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the
same William Wye according to the return of the Writt afd but makes default &a

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take
Thomas Lambden and John Britt if they Should be found in his bailywick and them
              should safe keep so that he might have their Bodys before Our Justices of our County
Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of June
then next to satsfie John Goutey as well of Ninty pounds of tobacco by the same Justices
of the same Court at dividing Creek adjudged to the said John Goutey for his attendance as an
Evidence three days on behalfe of his Lordship against them the said Thomas Lambden and
John Britt according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided as also Twenty two
pounds of tobacco for Issuing out this writt of Execution whereof they are Convict &a

Att which said Third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day The same month anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six being the day of the return of the Same Writt
Came the said John Goutey in his proper person and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom
the foregoing writt was directed  Likewise Cometh and the afd Thomas Lambden and John Britt being
