Whereupon the said sheriff to witt Joseph McClester Gent by Francis Porter his deputy took Charge of ye
said John Britt accordingly &a

Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should take
Mathew Hosey Late of Somerset County planter Otherwise Called Mathew Hosey
of Somerset County if he shall be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so
that he should have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County County Court of Somerset to be
held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of June then next to Satisfie Edmond Jennings
Esq.r as well a Certain debt of seven hundred pounds of tobacco which the same Edmond Jennings Esq.r
in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd recovered against him as of One hundred
and Ninty six pounds of tobacco which to ye same Edmond in the same Court were adjudged for his damages
which he had by occasion of the detention of the same debt whereof he is Convict &a

       Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six being the day of the Return of the said Writt Cometh the said Edmond
Jennings by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
writt was directed Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words viz.t
Cepi Satisfied so answers   Jos McClester sher

brings not in ye body of the said Mathew Hosey according to the return of the writt afd but makes default &a
