Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take Thomas

Fletcher late of Somerset County Clerk if he should be found in his bailywick and him
    should safe keep so that he might have his body before our Justices of Our County Court of Somerset
    to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of June then Next to Satisfie John
    Kendall of One thousand three hundred & Eleven pounds of tobacco which to the same John Kendall
    in the Same Court were adjudged before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek for his damages
    which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John by the afd
    Thomas made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a

    Att which said Third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the Same Month anno Dom one
    thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six Came the said John Kendall by George Douglas his attorney
    and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and the afd  
    Thomas Fletcher being Led to the Barr in Custody of the said sheriff by virtue of the writt afd   and
    whereupon the Same Thomas Fletcher is asked by the Court whether whe he be the Same person that
    the afd John Kendall Recovered the damages afd first above or not who says that he be
   
    Therefore the Same Thomas Fletcher is Committed to the prison of the Sheriff of Somerset County there to remaine
    in safe Custody untill the afd John of his damages afd should be fully Satisfied and Contented &a
    the said sheriff to witt Joseph MccClester Gent present herein Court took Charge of the said Thomas Fletcher
    accordingly &a

Richard Wallace Late of Somerset County Carpenter if he Should be found in his
Bailywick and him should safe Keep so that he might have his body before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the
third Tuesday of June ^then^ next to Satisfie John Reddish of three pounds Four Shillings and seven
pence Currt money and three hundred and Twenty one pounds of tobacco which to the Same John Reddish
in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages
which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same John by the afd Richard
made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a                                 Att which said third Tuesday
of June to witt the fifteenth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
