216 and thirty Six Came the said John Reddish by William Beckingham his attorney and the sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing Writt was directed Likewise Cometh and the afd Richard Wallace being Led to the Barr in Custody of the Sheriff by vertue of the Writt afd and whereupon the same Richard Wallace is asked by the Court whether he be the Same person that the afd John Reddish Recovered the damages afd first above or not who says that he be therefore the said Richard Wallace is Committed to the prison of the Sheriffe of Somerset County thereto remain in safe Custody untill the afd John of his damages afd should be fully satisfied & Contented &a thereupon the said sheriffe to witt Joseph MaClester Gent by Christopher Piper his deputy present herein Court took Charge of the said Richard Wallace accordingly &a
Nevett of Sixteen pounds ninteen shillings and three pence sterling and four hundred & Seventy four pounds of Tobacco which to the Same Thomas Nevett in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at Dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same Thomas Nevett by the afd Thomas Gray made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a Att which said Third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the same Month anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred & thirty Six being the day of the Return of the Same Writt Came the said Thomas Nevett by his attorney afd and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh & maketh Return of the same writt on the Backside thereof Endorsed in these words Cepi satisfied so answers Jos: McClester sher whereupon the said sheriff to witt Joseph McClester Gent at the Same day altho Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the Same Thomas Gray according to the Return of his Writt afd but makes default &a
