William Whaley Late of Somerset County Sen.r being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his
not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and Provided &.a

And for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said William Whaley had not burnt
so much tobacco as by Law he was Obliged to burn &.a  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court
here that the said William Whaley pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietor for and by
Occasion of the premisses twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland & that he be taken &a

For as as a Certain Benjamin Legg had not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was Obliged to
burn but was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the afd Benjamin Legg pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine afd for and by
Occasion of the premisses afd Twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland & that he be taken &a

For as much as a Certain John Evans of Baltemore hundred had not burnt so much tobacco as by
Law he was Oblidge to burn but was willing to pay his fine for the same &a  Wherefore it is
Considered by the Court here that the afd John Evans pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
for his fine for and by occasion of the premisses ^afd^ twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland &.a
& that he be taken &a

For as much as a Certain Richard Jefferson of Somerset County had not burnt so much tobacco as
by Law he was Obliged to burn but was willing to pay his fine for the same &.a  Wherefore it is
Considered by the Court here that the  afd Richard Jefferson pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary
for his fine for and by occasion of the premisses afd Twenty Shillings Curr.t mony of Maryland &a

Francis Elliott of Somerset County Blacksmith Came hereinto Court in his proper person according to a Certain
Writt of attachment against him Issued for not appearing at March Court Last he being Legally
sumoned ^there to^ to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made & provided

And for as much as the said Francis Elliott had nothing to Object that was Meteriall wherefore he
had not burnt the Tobacco according to Law but was Willing to pay his fine for the fact afd &c

    Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Francis Elliott pay unto his Lordship
for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd Twenty shillings Curr.t money of Maryland &a
James Martin sery for fine & fees &a

For as much as a Certain James Smith Sen.r had not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was Obliged
to burn but was Willing to pay his fine for the Same &a   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the afd James Smith pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by
Occasion of the premisses afd One pound Eleven shillings and six pence Curr.t money of Maryland
