Jacob Crouch of Somerset County planter being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of
tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a  and for as much as it doth appear to the
Court here that the said Jacob Crouch hath not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was oblidged to burn  Wherefore
it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Jacob Crouch pay unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary
for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd three pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and that he be taken

William Breedy of Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning
of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a  and for as much as it doth appear to

George Harris of Somerset County planter was Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning
