214 much tobacco as by Law he was obliged to burn Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd David Smith pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by occasion of the premisses afd forty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and this he be taken &.a James Smith jun.r sery for fees &a Jacob Crouch of Somerset County planter being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Jacob Crouch hath not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was oblidged to burn Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Jacob Crouch pay unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd three pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and that he be taken &a William Breedy of Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said William Breedy hath not Complyed with the Law in burning so much tobacco as he was Obliged to burn &a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd William Breedy pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that he be taken &a Thomas Ready of Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Thomas Ready hath not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was obliged to burn &.a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Ready be taken to satisfie unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses twenty Shillings Curr.t money of maryland &a George Harris of Somerset County planter was Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said George Harris had not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was Obliged to burn &a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said George Harris pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that be taken &a Patrick Caldwell of Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Patrick Caldwell had not burnt so much tobacco as by Law he was Oblidged to burn &.a Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Pat Caldwell pay unto his Lordship the Lord Propry for his fine for & by occasion of the premisses afd Twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland &a and that he be taken &a |
