and tenn pence currant money to be paid unto the said William Stevenson the younger his heirs Ex.rs Admn.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done wee bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntely and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 16 day of June Anno Dom 1736 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.l hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the estate of Wm Stevenson dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the above said orphan the sum of twenty pounds four shillings and eleven pence currant money if therefore the abovesaid John Deal Jun.r Samuel Bratton and John Deal sen.r or any or either of them or any or either of their heirs Exrs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of twenty pounds four shillings and Eleven pence currant money of Maryland According to act of assembly when he shall arive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.c Sealed and Delivered John Dale Jun.r (seal) In the presents of Sam.ll Bratton (seal) Jno Scott John Dill (seal) Wm Lane Henry Woollf of Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Henry Woolf has not Complyed with the Law as alledged Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Henry Woolf pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by occasion of the premisses afd twenty shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that he be taken &.a David Smith of Wickacomoco in Somerset County planter being Somoned to appear at this Court to answer his Burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said David Smith had not burnt so much |
