by Mr Raymond that he Cutt down a whit oake that was ye Bounder of second and Bear quarter to make the
Cants of his Cogg wheel it being a Crooked tree where now stands a Ceader post and further saith not
By Vertue of a Commission to us directed by Somerset County Court Bearing date the 21.st day of March anno Dom
1734   we the Subscribers being duely qualified have taken the above depositions this 29th day of Janry 1735
in Pursuance to the said Carr.s and in Obediance thereto on behalfe of Robt Harris wittness our hands & seals

You Cornelius Dickerson Charles Dickerson and John Sheldo^n^ do Confess
Judgment unto Cumfort Townsend for the sum of twelve shillings and tenn
    pence currant money of Maryland and five bushels and one peck of Indian Corn which sum
    was Recovered by the ^said^ Comfort Townsend against Cornelius Dickerson on the fifth of his Instant
    the said sum of twelve shillings and tenn pence money af.d and five bushels and one peck of Indian
    corn to be Levied of your bodies goods or chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Comfort Townsend
    in case the said Cornelius Dickerson shall not pay and satisfye to the said Comfort Townsend
    the said sum of twelve shillings and tenn pence currant money af.d and five bushels and one peck
of Ind.n corn with the Additional cost thereon on the 10.th day of february next  Taken before me this 12.th

Aprill y.e 17.th 1736  This day we the Subscribers being duely qualified
to view and put an Annuall estimate and value upon a certain tract of land belonging
to an orphan named Samuell Richardson who is now under the Guardianship of John
Richardson his brother the Improvements thereon are as followeth two hundred eighty seven pannells of
fence seven logs high partly old three hundred and fifty six pannells of old logs six logs in heigth twenty
eight apple trees and an old log house twenty foot in length and fifteen foot wide as also a new log house
fifteen foot long and ten foot wide the annuall value of all which land and improvements we value to
Eighteen shillings currant money the quit rents being paid by the Guardian of the said Orphan and
that the said Guardian may be permitted to clear forty acres of the said land Given under our
hands the day and year above                                                                     William Selby

Aprill ye 17.th 1736/   This day came M.r William Selby and Mr Tho.s Purnell before
me the sub.s and was qualified according to the directions of an Act of assembly of this province to put
an annual value upon a certain tract of Land and the improvements thereon beloning to
a certain Sam.l Richardson now under the Guardianship of John Richardson Given under my
hand the day and year above written
