for the said Michael Redding for to pay the Severall Officers Fees due by means of the premisses &a

          Likewise the Said Michael Redding with the aforesaid Francis Porter his Security both present here
in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary
in the sum of five pounds Sterling each good and Lawfull money of England of their goods or Chattells
Lands or tenements seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & successors if it
happen that the said Michael Redding do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then next and do not
answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning what shall be Objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe
and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the same Court without Leave and in the
mean time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &a

                                    The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the Body of Somerset County afd upon their oath do
presents that Philip Selby late of all Hallows parish in the County afd
planter the fifteenth day of April Anno Domini seventeen hundred thirty and five
at the parish afd in the County afd witin the Jurisdiction of this Court in and
upon Robert Hill in the peace of God and of the said Lord proprietary then
and there being with force and arms an assault did make and him the said Robert
then and there did beat wound Evilly treat so that of his life it was much
despaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage
of the said Robert and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary his good
rule and dignity &a
Test Robert Hill            On the backside of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed
                                     vizt       Ignoramus Josa Caldwell foreman

Whereupon Came hereinto Court the said Philip Selby in his own proper person according to
a Certain Recognizance by him and his security before that time acknowledged and prays that his
appearance may be recorded and he and his security accordingly discharged  thereupon the said
Philip Selbys appearance is recorded and he and his Security from the recognizance afd discharged
&a
