that appeared to us to have Been Killed by the said Hugh Stevenson and was the property of the said George
Trewitt mentioned in the proceedings and further that Each of the said Parties do pay the Costs that hath

Laws for the sum of four hundred and fifty nine pounds of tobacco and two
shill.s and six pence cost of war.t which said debt and cost was recovered by the
said James Laws against W.m Benston on the fifteenth day of may 1736 before John Handy to be
levied on your goods and chattles lands or tenements for the use of the said James Laws in case the
said W.m Benston shall not pay and satisfie to the said James Laws the said sum of tobacco and
two shill.s and six pence so as af.d recovered against him with the aditional cost thereon the tenth
day of Febr next taken this twenty fifth day of May 1736 before                        John Handy

Turpin against the said Godfrey Sprogles on the Sixteenth day of March Anno Dom 1735 in the
said County Court to be levied of your body goods or Chattles lands or tenements for the use of the
said W.m Turpin in case the said Godfrey Sprogles shall not pay and and satisfie to the said W.m
Turpin the said eighteen hundred pounds tobacco so as af.d recovered against him with the Additional
cost thereon on the tenth day of Feb.ry Anno Dom 1736 June y.e 16th 1736   Taken before us

for the quantity of One hundred and fifty two & a haf pounds of tobacco which quantity
was Recovered with the cost thereof before one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somerset
County y.e nineteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred and thirty six the said one hundred
and fifty ^2½^ pounds of tobacco to be levied of your bodys goods and Chattles if in case the said Sol: Townsend
and James Townsend do not pay and satisfye unto John Bennet the said one hundred and
fifty ^2½^ pounds of tobacco with the Additionall cost thereof at or before the tenth day of feb: next Ensuing
the date hereof with the Aditionall cost thereon  Taken before me ye 19.th day of June 1736         Jon Scott
