200 same for him Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the severall goods and Chattells afd attached to the value of two pounds nineteen shillings & one penny Currt money and Seven hundred and thirty four pounds of tobacco be Condemned in the hands of the afd Ambross Riggin as of the goods and Chattells of the afd Stephen Odear Towards Satistying unto the afd Joseph Tillman the Sum of seven pounds Eleven shillings & Eight pence Currt money his damages afd as also al Costs and Charges accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd and that he have thereof Ex.n &a
God that the above account is Just and true as it Stands stated and that he hath not Recd part nor parcell thereof but what he has given Creditt for sworn before me Jno Scott may the 3.d day 1736 Somerset sst It being made appear to me John Scott One of his Lordships Justices of Somerset County the peace in the County to keep assigned that Thomas Gray Late of Somerset County marriner is actually runaway and has or is about to remove his Effects out of this County to deceive his Credittors you are hereby required to Issue an attachment on the Behalfe of William MccClemmey for the sum as in the acco.t within sent you herewith proved with the Incident Costs and Charges according to the form of the act of assembly in such Case Lately made and Provided and for your so doing this shall be your warr.t as wittness my hand this 3.d day of may anno Dom 1736 To Thomas Hayward Cler of Somerset County Jn.o Scott Pursuant to an act of assembly of this Province now in force and in Obedience to the abovesaid Warr.t was Issued the following attachm.t &a Somerset ss Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c To the sher of Somerset County Greeting we Command you that you attach any of the Goods Chattles rights or Creditts of Thomas Gray late of Somerset County Marriner if they shall be found in your bailywick to the value of five pounds four shillings Currant money of Maryland and five hundred pound of tobacco And when you have the same attached you have the same before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June Next then (and) |
