195 their Oath do say that the said John Deal and Thomas Blizard are guilty and Each of them are Guilty of the trespass and assault above specified in manner and form as by the Indictment afd first ^above^ against them Supposed Wherefore all and Singular the premisses by the Court here Seen heard and fully understood Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd John Deal & Thomas Blizard be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of their fines by occasion of the trespass upon and assault afd Which Certain John Deal & Thomas Blizard then and there present herein Court afd prays themselves at fine with his said Lordship by occasion afd and they are admitted and and thereof they sepearately put themselves in mercy of this said Lordship and the fine of the Same John Deal by the Justices here is assessed to thirty Shillings Curr.t money and the fine of the Same Tho.s Blizard is assessed by the Same Justices to thirty shillings Curr.t money of Maryland to the Use of his said Lordship Whereupon the said Thomas Blizard is ordered to give Security for the Severall Officers their fees due upon the Indictment afd but for want thereof the said Thomas Blizard is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County thereto remaine &.a the said sher to witt Joseph MccClester by Littleton Townsend his deputy present took Charge of the said Thos Blizard accordingly &a Likewise the said Thomas Blizard present herein Court is ordered to give security for his good behaviour and appearance at august Court next &a Whereupon the said Thomas Blizard with John Deal Jun.r and John Gornwell his Securitys both Late of Somerset County planters all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in manner and form following viz.t the afd Tho.s Blizard in twenty pounds Sterling and the afd John Deal Jun.r and John Gornwell in ten pounds Sterl Each good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements of Every of them to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors if it Happen that the said Thomas Blizard do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of August next and do not answer unto such things as shall be then & there objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the meane time if he is not of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people &a
