188 Holy Evangelist of almighty God that he had Lost out of his possession Seven Yards of White Linnen and that he had Just Cause to Suspect ^that^ a Certain Rebecca Obrian had Stolen the Same &.a the said Rebecca Obryan being present herein Court in his proper person is ordered to give good Security for her good behaviour and appearance at August Court next to answer &a Whereupon the said Rebecca Obryan with Francis Henderson and John Melton of Somerset County planters her securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary that is to Say the said Rebecca Obryan in ten pounds Sterling and the said Francis Henderson and John Melton in Five pounds Sterling Each of their severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements of Every ot them Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Rebecca Obryan do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of August next to answer unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of and Concerning her being Suspected of feloniously stealing Seven Yards of White of and from the Reverend Thos Fletcher and do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if she is not of the good behaviour towards all his said Lordship and all others his good people &a
Next to prosecute and preferr a bill of Indictment against Rebecca Obryan for the feloniously Stealing of Seven Yards of white Linnen &a Thereupon the said Thomas Fletcher present herein Court as afd acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship ^his heirs & successors^ to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Thomas Fletcher do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of August ^next^ and do then and there prosecute and prefer a bill of Indictment against the afd Rebecca Obryan for the feloniously stealing of Seven Yards of white Linnen of and from him the Same Thomas Fletcher &a
