or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the same Edwd Bowen his heirs and assignes Joyntly & Severally to

Coulbourn seny.r sheweth that your petitioner having a negro man called
Abraham of age between sixty fore and sixty five and of a Considerable late time
has been of small service to your petitioner who humbly prays your worships will pleas to sett
him tax free
                               The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
that the afd William Colebourn be discharged from paying of Taxes for the afd Negro man as by

  To the Worshipfull Justices now setting the petition of Ambus Willett humbly sheweth
That whereas Richard Coner an Orphan now in the ceare of your petitioner is arived
att the age of sixteen and is decriped in his feet and has been from a child that he scarce
walk your petitioner therefore prays your worships that he may be Exempted from paying taxes and your

  To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now sitting The humble petition
of Thomas William sheweth to your Worships that your petitioner being possed of a tract
land Called hiccory ridge lying or wicomico river the bounds whereof are either decayed or uncertain
your petitioner therefore prays your Worships to appoint Commissioners to Exammine Evidences to
perpetuate the Bounds thereof and your petitioner is in duty bound shall ever pray &.c

             The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the af.d Thomas Willian as by the petition af.d
is praid and that Day Scott Alex.d Lackey George Dashiell and Robert Collier all of somerset County
Gen.t be Commissioners and Execute the ^same^ Commission according to act of assembly in such case made and
provided &.c
