meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd
&a  Thereupon the said Frances Elizabeth Denston is ordered to give Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd
Whereupon the said Eliz.a Denston with John Denston her security both present herein Court in her persons acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the said Abraham Adams in the Sum of twenty pounds sterling good and Lawfull
money of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied to the Use
of the said Abraham Adams his heirs and assignes If it happen that the afd Eliz.a Denston do not during the term
afd Learn her said apprentice the trade of a weaver and Read with and Cypher as far as the rule of three Inclusive
and at the Expiration of his Servitude ^do not^ give him a Cow and Calfe and a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common
wearing Cloaths and Likewise ^do not^ provide for her said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for
such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd


David Richardson
 Chose Thos Wise
his Guardian
 David Richardson son and Orphan of William Richardson Late of Somerset County dec.d
being above the age of fourteen came hereinto Court in his proper persona nd prays that
he may be admitted to Chose a Certain Thomas Wise of the same place planter as his Guardian
which is to him Granted &a thereupon the said David Richardson present herein Court makes Choice of the said
Thomas Wise as his Guardian accordingly &a  Whereupon the said Thomas Wise present herein Court in his proper
person is ordered by the Court to take into his Care and Custody all the Estate of the said David Richardson both
real and Personall and Likewise that he give good security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a

             Thereupon the said Thomas Wise with Benjamin Holland of Somerset County planter his security both
present herein Court in their properson persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said David Richardson
in fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England Joyntly and Severally of their bodys goods
or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the said David Wise to be made and Levied  If it happen that
the said Thomas Wise do not Comply with the Law in relation to which Guardianships as afd and do not deliver
up unto the said David Richardson all his Estate both reall and personall [that he shall take into his
hands and possession] peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally required &a


Edw.d Bowen Chose
Edw Rownd his Guardian
 Edward Bowen son and Orphan of Edward Bowen dec.d being above the age of fourteen
Came herein Court in his proper person and prays that he may be admitted to Chose
a Certain Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gent his his Guardian which is to him granted
&.a  Thereupon the said Edward Bowen ^the Younger^ present herein Court in his proper person makes Choice of the said Edward
Rownd as his Guardian accordingly whereupon the said Edward Rownd present herein Court in his proper
person is ordered by the Court here to take into his Custody all the Estate of the said Edw.d Bowen ^the Younger^ both
Reall and personall and Likewise that he give good Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a
Thereupon the said Edward Rownd with Jonathan Sturges his Security of Somerset County planter both present
herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Edw.d Bowen the Younger
in the full and Just sum of fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their bodyes goods
