To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court setting
The petition of Thomas Benson most humbly sheweth that whereas
your petitioner is possessed of a tract land Called westloe neck lying on the
south side of quantico Creek the bounders of the said Land being uncertain your petitioner
humbly prays your worships to appoint Commissioners to Exammine evidences relating to
the said land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

           The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd Thomas Benston as by the petition aforesaid
is praid and that James Mackmorie Alexander Lackey Day Scott and Christopher Nutter all of
Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly
in such Case made and provided &a

John Sheldon most humbly sheweth That your petitioner is possest with a tract of Land
Called mount hope whos bounder is some what precarious therefore your petitioner
prays your worships will appoint commissioners in order to Exammine Evidences in relation to
the bounds of the same land and he as in duty Bound will pray &.c

                The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature
    deliberation thereupon had  Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to
    the afd John Sheldon as by the petition afd is praid and that John Scott Southy
    Whittington Robert Geddes and Samuel Handy all of Somerset County Gent be
    Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in Such
    Case made and provided &a

is possesed with a tract of land lying in somerset County on the north side
weecomocoe river near Cottinghmas Creek Called lott Containing two hundred acres the
bound whereof is becom Ancient and decaying soe that your petitioner humbly prays your
worships to appoint commissioners to examine evidences to prove or perpetuate the Memory
of any the bounds of said land according to the directions of an act of assembly of this province
in that case made and provided and your petitioner as in duty shall ever pray

          The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the af.d John Handy as by the
