all of Somerset County Gen.t be Commissioners and Execute the Commission according to act of
assembly in such case made and provided &.c

Upon the Motion and at the prayer of William Goldsborouge Gent Clerk of the Indictments
for Somerset County  It is ordered that the sheriff of said County Return a pannell of Grand Jurors here Immediately
to Enquire for his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary and the body of the County
aforesaid   and afterwards in the same Court Came the said sheriff to witt Joseph McClester and made return
to the Court here of the pannell of Grand Jurors as Followeth vizt  Samuel Wilson John Finch Thos
Brown Joseph Gray Geo Howard Martin Kennett Will.m Nelson wick.a John Shiles Edw.d William W.m MccClemmey
Robert Collier Wm Draper John Selby Parker Selby James Thompson John Beavins Wm Nelson sea side Sam.ll
Adams John Webb Panthur Laws whereupon proclamation being made in usual form and the Jurors
afd so as afd Impannelled being severally Called Over by their names did appear as above and were
sworn and Charged and Sent out to Consider &a soon after the grand Jurors afd being Impannelled
sworn and Charged as afd return hereinto Court and being Severally Called over did appear and return to
the Court here for the following Indictments against Jeremiah Lilley for felony against Jeremiah Lilley for
Burglary, Robert Warren, Samuel Roberts Eliz.a Walton John Cameron John Redding Alice Jerman thereupon
the grand Jurors afd are discharged and allowed five hundred pounds of tobacco to be paid next
Levy Court and against the afd Robert Warren Samuel Roberts Eliz.a Walton John Cameron John Redding
and Alice Jerman it is ordered by the court here that Capias Issue returnable to next Court &a

Will.m Fasit Guar
Joseph Hamblin an Orphan and son of Francis Hamblin Late of Somerset
County dec.d being about the age of Fourteen Years Came hereinto Court in his proper
person and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain William Fasit as
his guardian which is to him Granted &.a  thereupon the said Joseph Hamblin present herein Court as
afd makes Choice of the afd William Fasit as his Guardian accordingly &.a

             Whereupon the said William Fasitt is ordered by the Court here to take into his Care and Custody
all the estate of the said Joseph Hamblin both real and personall and Likewise that he give
security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a

                Thereupon the said William Fasit pas with Charles Rackliffe of Somerset County Gent
both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the said Joseph Hamblin in One hundred pounds Sterling Each of their bodys goods or Chattells
Lands and tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of the Said Jos: Hamblin his heirs and
assignes   If it Happen that the said Wm Fasit do not Comply with the Law in Relation to such
Guardianships as afd and do not deliver up unto the said Jos Hamblin all his Estate both real and
Personall (that he shall take into his hands and Possession) peaceably and quietly whenever the same
shall be Legally required &a
