185 stood a mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid John Laws be discharged for the future from paying of Levies for the afd Negro man Named Duneah as by the petition afd is praid &a
whereby the wading place is now become unpassable both for man and horse your petitioner therefore prays leave of you worship to bring the said Road from broad Creek bridge over Chipmans mill dam to drapers mill at his own expences of Clearing a new Road into the old Road beyond the widow Bowdgers it being near and as Good ground and your petitioner is in dutey bound shall pray The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Paris Chipman Turn the Road by Clearing of a new one from Broad Creek Bridge over by the said Chipmans saw Mill dam to Drapers ^mill^ at his Own Expences the said Road to be Cleared according to the direction of Mr Mitchell Dashiell and Aaron Lynn &a
to Exammin Evidences in Relation to the same according to the direction of an act of assembly in such case made and provided and your petitioner is in duty bound shall ever prays as also your petitioner prays that your Worships would appoint the Commisoners to Exammin Evidences in relation to the severall tracts Joining to the af.d tract which may be of service to your petitioner The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue unto the afd Phillip Selby as ^by^ the petition afd is praid and that James Martin William Lane John Pope and Adam Spence all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a
