Eskridge nor any person for him did not make it appear to the Court here by what authority
the said Mary Tanner was detained as a servant as aforesaid he had undertaken to doe &a

          Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Mary Tanner be discharged
from the Service of the said Francis Harper and be thereof acquitt  also it is Considered
that the afd Mary Tanner Recover against the said Francis Harper Two hundred and Eight
208                      pounds of tobacco for her Costs and Charges by her in this behalfe Laid
out and Expended by the Court hereunto her adjudged &a

    To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting
the petition of Thomas Collier most humbly sheweth that your petitioner
is possest of a tract of Land Called Daniels Adventure whose bounders are
in a decaying Condition   therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships would appoint
Commissioners in Order to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds of the same Land
and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray               Thomas Collier

             The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered
that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Thomas Collier as by the petition aforesaid is
praid and that John Handy Thomas Gillis James MccMorie and Day Scott all of Somerset County
Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly
in Such Case made and provided &a

now is for the body of Somerset County aforesaid upon their Oath do present
                         that Elizabeth Johnson late of Stepney parish in the County afd
Spinster the twenty first day of October in the Year of Our Lord God One thousand seven
hundred thirty and four at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid within the Jurisdiction
of this Court did Committ Fornication with a Certain person to the Jurors afd unknown and did
permitt the Same unknown person then and there to have Carnall knowledge of her body and
to begett then and there a bastard Child on the body of her the Same Elizabeth to the high displeasure
of almighty god and to the Evill ^Example^ of all Others in Such Case offending Contrary to the peace
of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good Rule and Government and against the
form of act of assembly in Such Case made and provided
