18 Eskridge nor any person for him did not make it appear to the Court here by what authority the said Mary Tanner was detained as a servant as aforesaid he had undertaken to doe &a Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Mary Tanner be discharged from the Service of the said Francis Harper and be thereof acquitt also it is Considered that the afd Mary Tanner Recover against the said Francis Harper Two hundred and Eight 208 pounds of tobacco for her Costs and Charges by her in this behalfe Laid out and Expended by the Court hereunto her adjudged &a
