    Givans do not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardianships as aforesaid and do not
    deliver up unto the said William Givans all his Estate both reall and personall (that he shall
    take into his hands and possession) peaceably and quietly whenever the Same shall be Legally

    George Givans an orphan and son of James Givans Late of somerset
County dec.d having arrived at full age according to Law for the Chosing
of his Guardian Came her into Court in his proper person and prays
that he may be admitted for to Chose Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gentleman as his Guardian
which is to him Granted  thereupon the said George Givans present herein Court as afd makes
Choice of the said Edward Rownd as his Guardian accordingly &a

    Whereupon It is Ordered by the Court here that a Certain Benjamin Givans of Somerset County
planter deliver up unto the said Guardian all the Estate of the said George Givans's that he hath
in his hands or possession both reall and personall and that the said Guardian Receive the
same &.a  And Likewise it is Ordered by the Court here that the aforesaid Guardian Give
Security for to Comply with the Guardianship aforesaid &a

    Thereupon the said Edward Rownd with Isaac Handy of Somerset County Gent his Security
both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledge themselves Indebted unto
the said George Givans in the Sum of One hundred pounds sterling Each of their bodys goods
or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said George Givans
his heirs or assignes   If it happen that the said Edward Rownd do not Comply with the Law in
relation to the Guardianship ^as^ afd and do not deliver up unto the said George Givans all his Estate
both Reall and personall (that he shall take into his hands and possession) peaceably and quietly
when ever the Same Shall be Legally required &a

             To the worshipfull Court of Somerset County your petitioner humbly prays
           that the your worships would be pleased to order that Andrew Smith Overseer of
the Savannough Road may be obliged to Clear and maintain his road from Madam
Hamptons plantation as far back as George Trewitts ditch which is but a little more than a mile further
than now he is to Clear your petitioners Reason is because he Expects an order of Court to Clear from
Robert Jarmans to the said Mad.m Hamptons plantation which is along way and very dificult to Clear
and make good and but a very few people to do it and in regard that the said Smiths Road is very
Easeyly kept in order and people enough to do it he prays your worships Condecension in the
