John Dazey of Somerset County planter being attached for not appearing November Court Last to
answer his not burning of his tobacco according to act of assembly in Such made and provided and forasmuch
as nothing was Objected by the said John Dazey wherefore he had not burnt his tobacco according to Law
&a  Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd John Dazey pay unto his Lordship the Lord Propry
for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd to Twenty Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland &a and
