1735 166 And for as much as it doth appear to the Court here ^that^ the said Peter Frazer had not burnt the same tobacco according to law Whereupon the said Peter Frazer present here in ^Court^ his proper person Is by the same Court here fined three pounds Curr.t money of Maryland for and by occasion of his default af.d &.c Timothy Haley of Somerset County being somoned to appear at this Court to answer his not Burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.c and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Timothy Haley had not burnt the same tobacco according to Law Wherefore it is Considered by the Same Court here that the said Timothy Haley be fined to his Lordship the Lord proprietary twenty Shillings for his fine for and by occasion of his default afd &.a And whereupon the said Timothy Haley present here in Court in his proper person is Committed by the Court into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County ther to remaine untill the fine afd and the Severall Officers their Fees by occasion of the premisses afd be thereof fully Satisfied Whereupon the said Sheriff to witt Joseph MccClester Gent by Joshua Merrill his deputy being present took Charge of the said Timothy Haley accordingly &a John Bozman of Somerset County being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said John Bozman had not burnt the same tobacco according to Law Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said John Bozman pay unto his Lordship for his fine for and by occasion of the premisses afd twenty Shillings Curr.t money of mary &.a & discharged paying of fees &a Tirrill Brown of Somerset County being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not Burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a And for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Tirrill Brown had not Burnt the tob.o afd according to Law &a Wherefore it is considered by the Court here that the said Tirrell Brown pay unto his Lordship for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd Twenty Shillings Curr.t money of maryland James McDaniel security for to pay fees &a Burnall Niblett of Somerset County being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not buring of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a And for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Burnall Niblett had not Burnt so much tobacco as he was obliged to burn by Law Wherefore the said Burnall Niblett being here present in Court it is Considered that the same Burnall pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd twenty Shillings Curr.t money &a Robert Gam of Somerset County being Sumoned to appear at this Court to answer his not burning of tobacco according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a And for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that the said Rob.t Gam had not Burnt so much tob.o as by Law he was obliged to burn by Law Wherefore it is Considered that the afd Robert Gam pay unto his Lordship the Lord prory for his fine for and by Occasion of the premisses afd three pds Curr.t money of Maryland &a |
