    And the aforesaid Donnock Dennis in his Own proper person Comes and defends the
force and Injury when &a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath
it and the Same day is given to the afd Edward here also &a

               Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five Came againe as well the afd Edward Pointer
by his attorney afd as the afd Donnock Dennis in his proper person and thereupon the
said Donnock Dennis prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court &
he hath it and the Same day is given to the aforesaid Edward here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of March anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty five Came againe the said Edward Pointer by his attorney afd
and prayes that the afd Donnock to his declaration afd may answer and the same
Donnock at the Same day Solemnly Called Cometh not and nothing thereof says in Barr
or preclusion of the action afd of the afd Edward Pointer by which the same Edward remaineth
against the Same Donnock thereof undefended      Wherefore the afd Edward his damages
by Occasion of the Non performance of the promise and assumption afd of the afd Donnock
against the afd Donnock ought to recover and have &.a  Whereupon at the prayer of the afd
Edward and by the Consent of the Same Edward the Justices here according to act of assembly in such
Case made and provided assessed the damages of the Same Edward by Occasion of the Nonperformance
of the promise and assumption afd beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in
that part apposed to Nine hundred and forty Six pounds of tobacco

       Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Edward Pointer Recover against
the afd Donnock Dennis his damages afd by the Justices afd in form afd assessed as also

afd ^to^ the Same Edward Pointer by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the afd deft in Mercy &a
