render hath denyed and Still doth deny refuse and deny wherefore he saith that he is the worse
and hath damage to the value of Seven hundred pounds of tobacco and thereof he brings Suite &a and
brings here into Court the writing afd which the debt afd in form afd doth Testifie the date whereof
is the Same day and Year afd                                 pledges &a  John Doe & Rchd Roe

           Whereupon the Said Jacob Lingo by George Douglas his attorney Cometh and defendeth
the force and Injury when &.a and Saith that he Cannot Gainsay the action afd of the afd
Edmond Jennings nor Can he Say but that the writing Obligatory afd is the deed of the same
Jacob nor Can he Say but that he Ows the Same Edmond the aforesaid Seven hundred
pounds of tobacco in manner and form as the afd Edmond above against him hath declared
wherefore the Same Edmond prays Judgmt for his debt afd and his Costs damages Sustained
by Occasion of the detaining of the Same debt to him to be adjudged &a

             Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Edmond Jennings Esqr
recover against the afd Jacob Lingo his debt afd and his damages Sustained by occasion
174   of the detaining of the Same debt to One hundred & Ninty Six                     pounds
of tobacco to the Same Edmond by the Court here of his assent adjudged & the afd Jacob
in mercy &a

Command was given to the Coroners of Somerset County that they Should
take Robert Dias Late of Somerset County planter if he should be found
in their Bailywick and him Should safe keep so that they might have his
    body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek
    in the Same County the third tuesday of march then next to answer unto Joseph MaClester sher
    of a plea of trespass upon the Case &a and that thereof they should not fail &a

        Att which said Third Tuesday of march to witt the Sixteenth day of the same month anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the same Writt Came
the said Joseph MaClester by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney and the Coroner of Somerset Coty
to whom the foregoing writt was directed  Likwise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here
Endorsed in these words following Cepi Corpus p William Lane Coroner

Afterwards to witt the same day and Year Last mentioned before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek Cometh the afd Robert Dias by William
Goldsborough his attorney and the afd Joseph MaClester his Writt afd against the afd Robert
